Precision Property Management continues to experience exciting growth! We have grown from coverage of 8 counties in PA in 2010 to 5 States in 2021. As we grow and add additional coverage areas we are always looking for quality contractors to join the team.
Please fill in the form below to receive our contractor packet. This packet includes the application paperwork as well as our price list. Once you complete the packet and you’re approved by our Contractor Administrators you will be contacted for a follow-up phone conference.

We are a growing company and will be expanding out in various other areas. Go ahead and fill out the application and we'll let you know if we're able to utilize your service area.

Contractor Requirements:
Sign all paperwork and contract. You will be working as an Independent Contractor.
Secure a General Liability Insurance Policy with $1,000,000 in coverage. (Note: Insurance policy must be in place prior to receiving any work from PPM)
Secure a Workers Comp Insurance Policy with $500,000 in coverage. (Note: Insurance policy must be in place prior to receiving any work from PPM)
Pass Aspen Grove Background Check.
Secure all required business license(s) and Worker Comp insurance for your coverage area
